Placing an order

How do I place an order?
The e.m.e.e australia website has been designed with you in mind. We want to make sure that your shopping experience is as simple as possible, so when you have found a product you like, simply select  the quantity and add it to your basket.

Which methods of payment do you accept?
e.m.e.e australia currently accepts the following payment methods: Paypal, Mastercard, American Express and Visa. 

Do I Have To Open An Account With e.m.e.e australia To Place An Order?
If you do not wish to open an account with e.m.e.e australia simply select ‘Guest Checkout’ when placing your order. Opening an account with e.m.e.e australia means that you will be the first to get all the insider information, including regular newsletters with exclusive offers and discounts.

When Will I Be Charged?
You will be charged once you have finalized your order online. If you have a discount code, enter it in the field marked 'discount code' before you proceed to the checkout. Your account will only be debited once your order has been validated. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you immediately to notify you of any problems, and if necessary arrange a suitable replacement or cancel the item from your order.

Discounts
If you have a discount code, you must enter it before you proceed to the checkout as you will not be able to do so once your order is placed. You may only use one discount code per order. Refunds for item(s) from an order which was discounted, or part of a promotion will be calculated as Follows: Where a discount has been applied to the entire order, the discount will be applied evenly across the items ordered. For example, if a “$10 off” discount was applied and four items were ordered, then each item returned would be discounted depending on its amount. If a % discount was applied, then the % would be applied separately to each item.

Delivery

What Are My Delivery Options?

e.m.e.e australia offers one method of delivery. Please refer to our Shipping Policy to review the delivery times and costs for your region.

Will I Be Charged Customs & Import Duties?

Any customs or import duties will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Do You Deliver To Work Addresses?

If you wish to ship to an address other than the billing address you provided, simply UNCHECK the ‘Deliver To this Address’ option at the checkout. You will then be able to enter the details of the address you would like us to deliver to.

Do You Ship To PO Boxes?

Yes, we do deliver to PO boxes. 

Can I Amend My Order After Placing It?
Unfortunately we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed. If you have changed your mind, simply return the unwanted items for a full refund when they arrive and place a new order for the ones you'd like.

How Do I Return Items From My Order?
Orders placed on emeeaustralia.com for delivery within the Australia are eligible for free returns. All other returns must be made at your own cost. Please refer to our returns policy for further information.
