Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery - Australia

Availability: All EME Machine Embroidery Design Collections will ship direct from our warehouse in Brisbane, Queensland normally the same day or within 1 business day of your order. Other products are subject to availability and you will be advised accordingly if any delay.

Carriers: We ship almost all of our packages via Australia Post. Sometimes, we do ship packages Fastway, TNT or Air Express. We do not take requests for the shipping carrier. Please make sure that you give us an accurate street address that can be delivered to. Delivery quotes are for business days only. Shippers do not ship on Saturday or Sunday and do not count those days in quotes.

Tracking Information: Many of our shipping points provide us with a tracking number for your package. If we get that information we provide it to you right away. However, if we do not get tracking information from a vendor, we will not be able to give you an exact delivery date.

Shipping & Delivery - United States / Canada

Availability: All EME Machine Embroidery Design Collections will ship direct from our warehouse in Bridgeman Downs, Australia, normally the same day or within 2 business days of your order. Other products are subject to availability and you will be advised accordingly if any delay.

Carriers: We ship almost all of our packages via Australia Post. Sometimes, we do ship packages Fedex or UPS. We do not take requests for the shipping carrier. Please make sure that you give us an accurate street address that can be delivered to. Delivery quotes are for business days only. Shippers do not ship on Saturday or Sunday and do not count those days in quotes. The ship date is not counted in air quotes.

United States Shipping: All orders will be charged the actual shipping charges from our warehouse to your door. Shipping days are business days. This excludes weekends and holidays.

Shipping & Delivery - All other International Destinations - UK, South Africa, New Zealand, Europe

Availability: All EME Machine Embroidery Design Collections will ship direct from our warehouse in Brisbane, Queensland normally the same day or within 1 business day of your order. Other products are subject to availability and you will be advised accordingly if any delay.

Carriers: We ship all of our International packages via Australia Post. Please make sure that you give us an accurate street address that can be delivered to.

Tracking Information: Australia Post does provide us with a tracking number for your package. When we get that information we provide it to you right away.

International Orders:  We do not know or have any control over customs, duty, brokerage fees, or any other additional fees that will be added by government agencies at time of delivery. We have no way of knowing what governments charge citizens of other countries beyond the actual shipping charges that we collect on our own invoices.

 

Returns policy

Thanks for shopping with EME - Early May Embroidery! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we’re here to help.

If you need to return an item call us 07-3353-4709  — we're often able to fix problems over the phone. If you still need to return the item, we'll supply you with a Return Authorisation Code and instructions on how to return your item for inspection.

Faulty or damaged goods

We're happy to have you contact us and arrange to return an item you've purchased if you deem that:

  • it has a fault
  • and
  • you can supply proof of purchase.

Once we receive your return we'll inspect the goods. If we deem the product faulty or damaged we will replace it at No Charge.

If the damage or fault is minor, we reserve the right to offer a repair only. In this case we then reserve the right to not offer a refund, in-store credit or exchange.

If we're not able to establish proof of your purchase, we won't be able to provide a refund, store credit or exchange.

Changing your mind

If you change your mind about an item you purchased we're happy to have you return it for an in-store credit or exchange.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • unused
  • in the same condition that you received
  • in its original packaging
  • and
  • returned along with your proof of purchase within 30 days of you receiving it.

Your credit won't include any shipping and handling charges incurred when it was initially sent to you (even if the order included free shipping) and you'll also need to cover the shipping costs to return the product.

Unfortunately we aren't able to provide a refund in cases where you change your mind.

Please note
We can only accept returns on electronic products, computer software, DVDs and CDs contained in their original packaging with the security seal intact. They must not be registered or activated online. We are also unable to accept returns or exchanges on gift cards purchased online or in store.
